Purchases and Access
When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non‑transferable license to access the content for personal use during the access period specified at checkout. We may update content to improve accuracy or pedagogy without notice.
Refunds
Self‑paced courses: refundable within seven (7) days if less than twenty percent (20%) of the content is accessed. Cohort and workshop offerings follow event‑specific policies communicated during enrollment.
Acceptable Use
- No sharing of accounts or unauthorized distribution of materials.
- No automated scraping or misuse of the site.
- Respect for other learners and staff in all communications.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including text, methods, and organization, are owned by Longgate Atelier of Memory and protected by applicable laws. Nothing grants rights beyond the limited license above.

We provide educational services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific scores, grades, or outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, and disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
